Do I need to book?
Booking is recommended, especially Thursday to Saturday. We keep a few Wednesday walk-in slots.
Can I show a reference photo?
Absolutely. Bring a photo, describe the routine you want, or let us guide the shape from scratch.
How early should I arrive?
Five minutes is plenty. It gives us time to settle in and start with a proper consultation.
Do you cut longer hair?
Yes. Full shape is designed for medium and longer lengths, with scissor work at the centre.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Send a note at least two hours before your slot and we will help you find another time.
Where are you located?
We are at 18 Lumen Street, Level 1. The shop is a short walk from Lumen MRT.
